Rollover To Zoom
A bright, easy-drinking Chardonnay from J. Folk, the Cape Town craft house putting modern, art-pop South African wine on the kosher table. Born and raised in the Western Cape, this is the unoaked, sunlit side of Chardonnay — clean fruit, no heavy hand.
Mood: Sunny, fresh, uncomplicated.
"A Chardonnay that skips the butter and the toast and just shows up with fruit. Pour cold, drink without ceremony, and let the painted label do the talking."
Tasting Notes
Lifted aromas of yellow apple, ripe pear, and a touch of citrus blossom. The palate is crisp and medium-bodied with stone-fruit sweetness held in check by clean acidity. Finishes dry, with a soft hint of orchard fruit.
Food Pairing
A natural for grilled white fish, roast chicken, and creamy Shabbos sides like potato kugel. Equally at home with a sharp cheese board or a weeknight pasta in lemon-butter sauce.
