Tasting notes
Vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and gentle spice. Sweet and creamy, with caramel, honey, butterscotch, soft wheat and a touch of dark cherry. Medium, slightly dry, with lingering sweetness and faint cinnamon.
Pairing
A friendly all-purpose pour - neat, on the rocks, in a Mint Julep or Old Fashioned. Grilled chicken, pecan pie, dark chocolate.
