Tasting notes
Deep garnet working toward carmine at the rim. Aromas of molasses, sea-salt caramel, cookie dough and cassis buds with a hint of black pepper. Silky, soft tannins with finishing notes of cedar, dark chocolate and strawberry coulis.
Pairing
Dry-aged ribeye, rack of lamb, mushroom-forward dishes, aged Manchego.
