Ruby with a softer rim than the Cabernet. The nose is classic Merlot - plum, black cherry, a wisp of cocoa - lifted by the dried-herb signature the Judean Hills puts on everything that grows there. Full-bodied, plush, with rounded tannin and an oak frame that adds spice without bite. Finishes long and savory. The altitude keeps the alcohol composed; the fruit stays in proportion.
