Tabernacle's Reserve Cab pulls fruit from both Galilee and the Golan, then ages 15 months in French oak (half new) plus another 10 in bottle. The result is a structured, dark-fruited Israeli Cab built for the long table.

Tasting notes
Dark cherry, cassis, French oak vanilla, and warm baking spice. Medium-to-full body with focused tannins and integrated toasty oak. Long, mellow, and balanced.
