Rollover To Zoom
Tzora is one of Israel's most quietly serious estates — a Judean Hills producer that has landed on the Wine Spectator Top 100. The Blanc blends Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from old terraced vineyards on Terra-Rosa soil.
Mood: Crisp, terroir-driven, acclaimed.
Sommelier’s note
“A 90-point, Top 100 Wine Spectator white from one of Israel's most thoughtful estates.”
Tasting notes
Lemon zest, white peach, and a flinty mineral lift. Crisp and energetic with green apple, grapefruit, and a stony Judean Hills minerality through the mid-palate. Long, clean, and refreshingly dry — no malolactic, all natural acidity.
Pairing
A natural with grilled branzino, gefilte fish, or a Yom Tov chicken cutlet.
