Triple sec from Binyamina, one of Israel's oldest distilleries. A clear orange liqueur distilled from dried orange peel, dry rather than syrupy, and the base of a long list of standard cocktails.

How it is used: triple sec is the orange component in a margarita, a cosmopolitan, a sidecar and a Long Island iced tea. It also works on its own over ice, or as a splash in sparkling wine.
