Tasting notes
Vanilla cream, ripe pear, honeysuckle and a soft dusting of cinnamon. Smooth and rounded with poached apple, custard and butterscotch. Medium and gently sweet with a clean oak fade.

A versatile pour for smoked salmon, roast chicken, or simply neat after a Friday-night meal.
