Hevron Heights Messody Rose is a French-style dry rose made from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the Judean Hills at 350 to 650 meters, where warm days, cool nights, and a coastal breeze do the work. Tasting Notes

Salmon-pink in the glass with strawberry, watermelon, and a soft floral lift on the nose. The palate is crisp and bone-dry, with delicate acidity, red-fruit precision, and a chalky minerality that carries the wine long past the sip. The finish is clean, saline, and unshowy.
