Tasting notes
Rich dried fruits, sherry sweetness, wood smoke, and a hint of vanilla. Dried fruit, sweet toffee, ginger, and clove with deep oak underpinnings. Long, sweet, and full-bodied with lingering wood spice.
Food pairing
A perfect after-dinner sipper; pairs well with dark chocolate, dried figs, or a medium-bodied cigar.
