Tasting Notes
Aromas of clean grain and light citrus with no rough edges. The palate is warm and neutral — light grain, a whisper of pepper, and clean spirit heat — before a medium finish that fades cleanly with a touch of warmth. The extra proof makes cocktails taste like cocktails, not diluted mixers.
Serving & Pairing
Serves best in cocktails that need real backbone — Bloody Marys, Moscow Mules, Vodka Martinis, or lemon-drop shots. Also holds up in a Jell-O shot or an infusion (fruits, herbs, peppers) far better than 80-proof vodkas.
