Baron Herzog is the family's California everyday label, running since 1985. The Rosé is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, which gives it more colour and more red fruit than a Provençal-style pink.

A crowd rosé. Chill it hard and put two bottles out rather than one.
Tasting notes
Strawberry and red cherry with a floral edge. Soft red fruit across the palate, just off-dry rather than sweet. A clean, fruity finish.
Food pairing
Barbecue, grilled chicken, salads and deli. An easy Shabbos-afternoon bottle.
