Rollover To Zoom
Clase Azul Gold breaks the house pattern. Instead of white ceramic, it arrives in a black glass decanter that fades to amber, finished with hand-applied gold. It is a joven: unaged plata blended back with reposado and extra añejo that spent time in sherry and bourbon casks.
Mood: showpiece, layered, built for the table.
Tasting notes
Cooked agave and citrus lift first, then vanilla, honey and dried fruit from the cask-aged component. The palate is round and sweet-edged, with orange peel, toasted almond and a warm sherry note. It finishes soft, long and gently spiced.
Food pairing
Neat, in a good glass, when the occasion calls for the bottle to be seen. It stands up to a steakhouse cut, and it is a serious gift for a chosson, a milestone birthday, or anyone who already owns the Reposado.
