Lychee was made for Moscato — both lean tropical and floral, and putting them in a can is what finally got my single-serve-loving cousins drinking real Italian wine.
Tasting notes
Fresh lychee, white rose and a backbone of ripe muscat grape jump out of the can. Gently effervescent and softly sweet, the lychee fruit melts into honeyed peach and a citrus snap. A short, clean finish keeps it dangerously easy to refill.
Food pairing
Built for spicy mezze, sushi platters, soft cheeses, or a dessert of fresh melon and berries. Equally at home at a poolside bridal shower or a Yom Tov Kiddush.
