Rollover To Zoom
A single-vineyard Galilee Cabernet from the Dalton Estate range, fermented and aged in French oak. Clean varietal expression with the structure to age a few years.
Mood: Cassis, cedar, mountain stone.
Our sommelier says
The Galilee Cab that holds its own next to a properly cellared Bordeaux.
Tasting notes
Black currant, cedar, dried bay leaf, light vanilla. Medium-to-full body, firm tannins, layered black fruit with a savory herbal edge. Long and dry; finishes on dark chocolate and cedar.
Food pairing
Steak, brisket, lamb shoulder, aged sheep's milk cheeses.
