Rollover To Zoom
A triple-distilled Lowland single malt aged first in American bourbon barrels, then finished in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Three woods, one bottle — rich, fruity, and unmistakably sweet on the back end.
Mood: Plush, sherried, golden.
Tasting notes
Raisin, brown sugar, blackcurrant, orange peel, a wisp of toasted oak. Medium-bodied with butterscotch, fig, hazelnut, and a hint of cinnamon spice from the PX finish. Long, sweet, and oaky with a lingering dried-fruit note.
Food pairing
Neat in a Glencairn; alongside dark chocolate, dried figs, or a cigar at the end of a long week.
