Tasting notes
Warm maple syrup, brown sugar, and a hint of applewood smoke. Sweet and full on the tongue — maple, vanilla, caramel, and a soft smoky thread running through the classic Knob Creek backbone. Long, sweet, and gently smoky, with lingering oak and spice.
Food pairing
