Chateau Les Riganes is a classic dry red Bordeaux from Entre-Deux-Mers, mevushal and kosher for Passover. This is the 1.5L magnum, the workhorse Bordeaux for a full Shabbos or Yom Tov table.

Tasting notes
The nose lifts ripe blackcurrant, plum, and a soft note of cedar over a light herbal edge. The palate is medium-bodied and structured, with black-fruit weight, a whisper of vanilla oak, and Bordeaux's classic drying tannin. The finish is clean and warm, with a lingering dark-fruit note and a subtle savory grip.
Food pairing
A classical partner for Shabbos brisket, roast lamb, herbed chicken, and cholent. Also comfortable with hard aged cheeses. The magnum ages a beat longer than the standard 750ml.
