Tasting Notes
Deep ruby. Nose of ripe plum, blackcurrant, cedar and a whisper of vanilla. The palate is medium-bodied with soft, well-integrated tannins, red and dark fruit, gentle oak spice and a Bordeaux-typical dryness. Finish is smooth, clean and cleanly resolved.
Food Pairing
Made for the weekly Shabbos brisket, roast chicken, or a mid-week ribeye. Also solid alongside cholent, burgers, and Motzei Shabbos meat platters.
