Tasting notes
Baking spices, cedar, and ripe black cherry lift from the glass alongside a subtle note of vanilla oak. The palate is lush and layered, with dried herbs, dark coffee, and red-fruit weight balanced by firm, well-structured tannins. The finish is long and savory, carrying cocoa and toasted spice with a clean, dry close.
Food pairing
A classic partner for cholent, brisket, dry-aged steak, and rich Shabbos meat courses. Equally at home with mushroom kugel or a sharp aged cheese board.
