Tasting Notes
Pale rosy-pink with a soft spritz. Nose is playful, watermelon-forward with a lift of lime, ripe strawberry and cotton candy. The palate is off-dry to sweet with juicy melon, red berry and a soft mineral edge. Finish is light, cleanly sweet and refreshing.
Food Pairing
An iced summer sipper — pours with fresh fruit salad, tropical fruit tart, or a summer Kiddush spread. Also lovely as a spritz over ice with a fresh watermelon wedge.
