Tasting notes

The nose lifts ripe apple, pear, and a hint of tropical citrus over a soft vanilla oak note. The palate is medium-bodied and layered, with orchard-fruit weight, a subtle creamy edge, and a whisper of butterscotch balanced by refreshing acidity. The finish is clean, dry, and gently oak-kissed, with a lingering pear note.

A natural for dairy Shabbos lunches, herb-roasted chicken, salmon, cheese boards, and creamy pastas. Also comfortable with Shavuos blintzes and cheesecake.
