Tasting notes
The nose lifts cool spearmint, dark chocolate, and a soft cocoa edge. The palate is smooth and lightly sweet, with mint-chocolate cream weight, a whisper of vanilla, and a bright peppermint lift. The finish is long and cool, with a lingering cocoa-mint close.
Food pairing
Serve on the rocks, drizzled over vanilla ice cream, or as the base of a parve grasshopper cocktail. Beautiful with dark chocolate desserts, tiramisu, and honey cake.
