Tasting notes
Jasmine and violet lift off a rich amber nose, with dry plum and cinnamon underneath. Refined and elegant on the palate, dried fig, honeyed pastry and a soft touch of oak carry the mid-palate. Long, smooth, well-balanced, vanilla, dark chocolate and gentle warmth linger.
Pairing
Neat in a snifter after the meal. Beautiful alongside dark chocolate, aged hard cheese, or a good cigar in the sukkah.
