Rollover To Zoom
Padre Bendicho Rose is a dry Spanish pink from Yecla, in the Murcia region of southeastern Spain. Refreshing, elegantly built, and priced for weeknight pouring. The label reads Vino de Espana; the wine drinks like a serious rose without the serious price tag.
Mood: Bright, easy, breezy.
Tasting Notes
Salmon-pink in the glass with lifted aromas of citrus and ripe peach. The palate is crisp and dry with decent acidity and a light body that keeps the wine energetic. The finish is clean and refreshing, closing on stone fruit.
Food Pairing
Serve well-chilled with grilled chicken, salmon, sushi, or a light salad. A natural for warm-weather kiddush and Shabbos lunch.
