Tasting Notes
Red-tinted in the glass with black-fruit aromas of blackcurrant and dark cherry, over a signature green-pepper lift, fresh mint, and warm spice. The palate is full-bodied and layered. The finish is spiced and lingering.

A natural for Shabbos brisket, grilled ribeye, and lamb chops. Also handles hard cheeses and a hearty cholent.
