Tasting notes
Deep garnet with aromas of ripe plum, blackberry, mocha, and cedar. The palate is full-bodied and plush, with black cherry, dark chocolate, vanilla bean, and firm mountain tannin. The finish is long, warm, with lingering spice and cocoa.

Roast lamb, brisket, duck confit, cholent with brisket cuts, hard aged cheeses, Shabbos main courses that go big. Built for a mevushal table that wants a serious pour.
