Rollover To Zoom
Tabor Adama Merlot is produced from select Merlot grapes grown on rich volcanic soil in the moshav of Ramot Naftali in the Upper Galilee. Aged 12 months in French oak barrels and then a further year in the bottle, giving it a long, complex finish.
Mood: Elegant, herbal, aged.
Tasting Notes
Pronounced flavors of black forest fruits lift out of the glass with undertones of plum and tobacco. The palate is layered with spicy Mediterranean herbal aromas over a velvety, elegant body typical of the varietal. The finish is long and complex, closing on cedar and dark spice.
Food Pairing
A natural for Shabbos brisket, roast lamb, herb-crusted chicken, or a mushroom-forward Yom Tov entree. Also fine with hard cheeses.
