Twin Suns Dry Vermouth is a genuine craft dry vermouth from the Oregon team behind the Twin Suns Reserve Pinot Noir. White wine base, fortified and infused with seventeen botanicals from wormwood and elder flower to angelica root and orange peel. Finally, a serious kosher dry vermouth for a real Martini.

Tasting Notes
Alpine herbs, elder flower, and dried citrus peel on the nose. The palate is crisp and lightly bitter, with wormwood, sage, and a mineral white-wine backbone. The finish is dry and clean, orange oil and coriander lingering.
Food Pairing
The vermouth for a proper Martini or Manhattan Perfect. Also a natural neat over ice with a twist as an aperitif, or splashed over oysters (kosher-appropriate) and salt-cured fish. Refrigerate after opening to preserve freshness.
