Tasting Notes
Deep gold in the glass. Nose bursts with honey, dried apricot, lemon zest, white peach and a whisper of orange blossom. The palate is lush and unctuous, sweet without cloying, held taut by electric Riesling acidity, with citrus and stone-fruit flavors that build. Finish is long, honeyed and elegantly balanced.
Food Pairing
The Yom Tov dessert bottle — pair with foie-style pâté, blue-style aged cheeses, apple tart tatin, or crème brûlée. Also excellent alongside honey cake at Rosh Hashanah and the Yom Kippur break-fast.
