Rollover To Zoom
Sauvage Distillery in upstate New York presses 70-80 local apples into every bottle of this Passover vodka, fermenting with kosher yeast and distilling under full OK Kosher supervision from juice to seal. Apples are kitniyos-free and the entire pipeline is bench-built for Pesach, making this one of the few American craft vodkas that is unambiguously KFP.
Mood: orchard-clean and snow-bright.
Tasting notes
Fresh-pressed apple, white flowers, and a clean grain-free purity. Silky and round with subtle orchard fruit, faint vanilla, and zero burn. Soft and gently sweet with a clean fade.
Pairing
Mix into a Pesach Cosmopolitan or Bloody Mary; sip ice-cold with herring at the seder repeat lunch.
