Tasting Notes
Pale straw with green flashes. Nose of grapefruit peel, gooseberry, cut grass and a whisper of white flower. The palate is dry and taut with lemon-lime citrus, green apple, and a subtle mineral edge. Finish is crisp, clean and refreshing.
Food Pairing
The classic French Shabbos fish course pour — grilled branzino, cured salmon, ceviche, or tuna tartare. Also excellent alongside herbed schnitzel, goat cheese salad, and a Chol HaMoed picnic.
