Tasting notes
Green apple, ripe pear, and a whisper of white flowers on the nose, lifted by fine sparkling bubbles. Semi-dry and gently fizzy on the palate — crisp orchard fruit up front, a touch of honeyed sweetness through the middle, clean acidity holding it together. Medium finish with lingering pear and a clean citrus lift.
