Tasting notes
Pale gold with greenish hues and a steady bead. Aromas of green apple, lemon zest, white blossom, and a mineral, saline edge. The palate is welcoming and round, fresh through the middle, with a clean dry finish that lingers on citrus pith.

Sunday brunch with smoked salmon and bagels, Friday-night first course of gefilte or fish carpaccio, or chilled poured into a kiddush cup. Holds up to creamy pasta and lighter schnitzel.
