Rollover To Zoom
Darom Rose — Hebrew for southern rose — is Yatir's Negev expression in pink. Grenache, Zinfandel and Red Muscat from southern Judean Hills and Ramat Arad, with the saline, peppery thread that desert soil leaves behind.
Mood: Crisp, mineral, summer-ready.
Tasting notes
Wild strawberry, watermelon, white peach and a soft floral lift. Dry and crunchy, with red berry, citrus pith and a thread of Negev saltiness running through. Clean, mineral and faintly peppery, the kind of rosé that wants a second glass.
Food pairing
Built for grilled salmon, herbed chicken, summer salads, sushi and Shabbos lunch on a hot day.
