Dalton farms high in the Upper Galilee, where the altitude keeps the nights cold and the acidity intact. The Estate Rosé is deliberately unoaked, which the label states outright: all fruit, no wood.

Tasting notes
Strawberry, watermelon and a little citrus zest. Dry and crisp across the palate with clean red fruit. A bright, refreshing finish.
Food pairing
Salads, grilled chicken, falafel and mezze. Good on a summer Shabbos afternoon.
