Rollover To Zoom
Bacan Guaro 24 is the first and only kosher-certified aguardiente, distilled five times in Colombia from first-press organic sugarcane and Spanish star anise. Small-batch, sugar-free, silky, a clean reinvention of a Latin American classic.
Mood: anise, silky, unexpected.
Aguardiente without the sugar burn. Neat over ice with a twist, or the secret weapon in an anise-driven cocktail. Nothing else on the kosher shelf drinks like this.
Tasting Notes
Sweet star anise on the nose with a subtle citrus lift. The palate is silky and gently sweet, with black licorice, delicate herbal and floral layers, and a whisper of vanilla. The finish is calm and lingering, warm spice trailing off.
Food Pairing
Neat over ice with a twist of lemon, or splashed into a highball with tonic and a mint sprig. Also brilliant in cocktails calling for absinthe or anisette. Pairs with ceviche, grilled meats, or dessert.
