Tasting Notes
Deep cooked-agave nose with green pepper, brine, and citrus zest. The palate is intense and expressive, sweet baked agave, mineral herbs, and warm spice. The finish is long and clean, warm alcohol carrying green-agave layers.
Food Pairing
Neat in a small snifter, or over a large rock with an orange twist. Also excellent as the high-proof base of a strong Margarita or Ranch Water where you want the agave to speak louder than the mixer.
