Tasting notes
Fresh pear, green apple and a lift of citrus on the nose. Palate is soft and lightly rounded with balanced acidity. Finish is clean and short.

Beautiful with grilled fish, dairy Shabbos lunches, salads, or a light chicken schnitzel. Also friendly with mezze.
