Tasting notes
Cassis, dark chocolate and cedar on the nose. Palate is powerful and dense with firm tannin, ripe dark fruit and a lift of vanilla oak. Finish is long and warming.
Food pairing
Built for the Shabbos steak — dry-aged ribeye, roast lamb, brisket, or aged hard cheeses. Handles anything heavy the caterer sends over.
