Zachlawi's Fig Arak layers real Mediterranean fig onto the traditional anise-forward Levantine spirit. It is grape-based, OU-P certified, and one of the few flavored araks kept on the shelf through Pesach.

Tasting notes
Star anise up front with candied fig and licorice root behind. Round anise with sweet fig jam, softened by the classic ouzo-like mouthfeel. Long, warm, and gently sweet.
Food pairing
Traditional pour with mezze — hummus, baba ganoush, olives — or serve over ice with cold water as a digestif after cholent.
