Our sommelier says
Bright ruby. The nose is open and aromatic - red cherry and raspberry from Grenache, black pepper from Syrah, a savory dried-herb lift from Mourvèdre. Eighteen months in French oak frame the fruit without burying it. Medium-to-full body, soft-shouldered, with rounded tannin and the gentle warmth Galilee fruit gives a southern blend. Mevushal heating leaves the texture friendly - this pours through a simcha cup without complaint and still drinks like a serious bottle.
Tasting notes
Red cherry, raspberry, black pepper, dried Mediterranean herb. Medium-to-full, rounded tannin, fruit-led, savory lift. Clean, gently spicy, warming.

Grilled lamb kebabs, merguez, herb-roasted chicken, brisket, hard cheese (after the wait), Friday-night simchas.
