Rollover To Zoom
Garrison Brothers Single Barrel is a hand-picked cask of the distillery's flagship Texas straight bourbon — no blending, one barrel per bottle, each expression unique. Cooked, distilled, and aged entirely in Hye, Texas from Texas-grown corn and wheat.
Mood: Bold, Texan, singular.
"Single barrel means every bottle drinks a little differently — that's the point. Texas heat does the work, master distiller Donnis Todd picks the winners, and you get a bourbon with a real fingerprint."
Tasting Notes
Deep amber to burnt-orange in the glass. Nose of vanilla, caramel, brown sugar and toasted oak, often with sweet corn bread and a whisper of dark cherry. The palate is rich and full — butterscotch, honey, dark chocolate and warm baking spice, with the Texas oak influence turned all the way up. Finish is long, sweet-hot and lingering.
Food Pairing
Sip neat or with a large rock. Pairs with a good ribeye off the grill, smoked brisket, or dark chocolate and pecan at the end of a Yom Tov meal. Also a natural cigar companion in the sukkah.
