Tasting Notes
Deep amber to mahogany. Nose of dark chocolate, caramel, roasted coffee bean, oak spice and a whisper of vanilla. The palate is rich and spicy — 116 proof heat, cold brew coffee bitterness, mint, tobacco leaf and warming oak. Finish is long, spicy-sweet with lingering coffee and vanilla.
Food Pairing
A neat sipper — glencairn or a single large rock. Pairs beautifully with dark chocolate torte, tiramisu, coffee cake, or a good cigar after Yom Tov dinner.
