Rollover To Zoom
Cape Jewel Gewurztraminer is a rare kosher-mevushal expression of the aromatic Alsatian grape, grown in South Africa's cool Cape Winelands and bottled in a signature cobalt-blue flute. Off-dry, floral, and built for the Shabbos table.
Mood: Floral, lifted, aromatic.
Tasting notes
Lychee, rose petal, and pink grapefruit on the nose, with a whisper of honey and ginger spice. Off-dry and silky on the palate — tropical fruit up front, floral rose petal through the middle, a touch of sweet spice underneath. Medium finish with lingering rose water and a clean citrus lift.
Food pairing
Perfect with mildly spicy dishes — Thai chicken, Moroccan tagine, Indian dal — and a natural partner for gefilte fish, kugel, or a Shabbos afternoon cheese board.
