Rollover To Zoom
Chateau Josephine Chardonnay is a Spanish kosher white with a French name — dry, mevushal, and shaped for the everyday Shabbos table.
Mood: Bright. Simple. Spanish.
Our sommelier says
Don't let the French-style label fool you — Chateau Josephine is Spanish fruit, priced right, and steady for weeknight dinners.
Tasting notes
Pear, green apple and a lift of citrus on the nose. Palate is soft and rounded with moderate acidity. Finish is clean with a hint of stone fruit.
Food pairing
Beautiful with baked salmon, dairy Shabbos lunches, salads, and Mediterranean fish. Also easy with chicken schnitzel.
