Flam is a family-run boutique winery in the Judean Hills, run by the Flam brothers with fruit from Israel's cool high-elevation sites. Blanc is their flagship white, a Sauvignon Blanc-led blend rounded with barrel-touched Chardonnay.

Tasting notes
Grapefruit, white peach, lemon blossom, and a hint of vanilla oak. Vibrant citrus and stone fruit with a creamy mid-palate and quiet mineral lift. Clean and refreshing with a whisper of oak spice at the end.
