The Butcher's Daughter South Rose is the house wine of La Fille du Boucher in Paris, poured across the tables of the trendiest kosher restaurant in the city. A pale salmon southern-French rose, off-dry and easy, built for wide-appeal drinking.
Mood: soft pink, off-dry, breezy.

Tasting Notes
Strawberry candy, ripe peach, and a hint of banana on the nose. The palate is light and airy, with soft citrus blossom, red-berry fruit, and a whisper of sweetness on the finish. Crisp, gentle, and refreshing.
Food Pairing
A summer Shabbos lunch classic. Perfect with grilled salmon, chicken salad, mezze platters, sushi, or fruit and cheese. Also a strong bridge wine when the meal has both dairy and pareve tables.
