A dry, mevushal white from Bodegas Pinord in Catalonia's Penedès, built on the indigenous trio that anchors the Clos15 collection — Xarel-Lo, Macabeo, and a splash of Moscatell for lift. Pinord has worked these clos since 1942; this is the everyday white that earns its keep.

Tasting notes
Aromas of green apple, white peach, and a thread of orange blossom from the Moscatell. The palate is clean and dry, with citrus pith and a chalky Penedès minerality. Finish is short and refreshing, built for the table rather than contemplation.
