Our sommelier says
Deep ruby. The nose is classic Cabernet - blackcurrant, dark cherry, cedar, a wisp of mint and tobacco lifted by Upper Galilee altitude. The palate is full-bodied with ripe tannin softened by barrel time and the mevushal heating without losing definition. French oak adds spice and roundness; the fruit stays in proportion. Long, composed finish. A mevushal Cabernet that drinks like an estate bottling.
Tasting notes
Blackcurrant, dark cherry, cedar, mint, tobacco. Full body, ripe rounded tannin, fruit-led, oak-framed. Long, composed, gently savory.
Food pairing
